S\u00e5 vars\u00e5goda, alla!<\/p>\n<p>Den \u00e4r lite seg och lite knaprig och n\u00e4stan smulfri &#8212; man kan absolut \u00e4ta den utan assiett och sked. Vill man servera den med gr\u00e4dde, glass, cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, grekisk yoghurt eller n\u00e5got annat, eller med b\u00e4r eller frukt, s\u00e5 g\u00f6r man det s\u00e5klart. Hans fru <strong>Liv<\/strong> har ett fantastiskt st\u00e4lle som heter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tradgardsriket.se\/tradgardar\/gladekulle-kokstradgard\/\"><strong>Gladekulle tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rd<\/strong><\/a> och s\u00e4ljer gr\u00f6nsaker och blommor, n\u00e4mligen.<\/p>\n<p>Just den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen bakade jag den med vetemj\u00f6l, men det \u00e4r enkelt att g\u00f6ra den glutenfri. Det enda man m\u00e5ste g\u00f6ra \u00e4r att fr\u00e5ga glutenfria v\u00e4nner om de \u00e4ter ren havre &#8212; alla som \u00e4r glutenintoleranta g\u00f6r inte det. Sikta till sist ner mj\u00f6l, kakao och vaniljsocker.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll smeten i en smord och br\u00f6ad 1\u00bd-liters springform (br\u00f6a med glutenfritt str\u00f6br\u00f6d, kokosflingor eller kakao om kakan ska bli glutenfri) och gr\u00e4dda kakan i 175 grader i ungef\u00e4r 20 minuter &#8212; den f\u00e5r g\u00e4rna vara lite \u201dkladdkakeseg\u201d n\u00e4r den kommer ut.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r den i 16 j\u00e4mna bitar om den ska serveras utan redskap.
