Smeten blir som en l\u00f6s och kladdig deg, allts\u00e5 inte rinnig som en sockerkakssmet.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll smeten i en l\u00e5ngpanna kl\u00e4dd med bakpl\u00e5tspapper och platta ut den \u2014 eller f\u00f6rdela den i tv\u00e5 smorda springformar.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda kakan (eller kakorna) p\u00e5 ugnens nedersta fals i 200 graders v\u00e4rme i ungef\u00e4r en halvtimme.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r den \u00e4r f\u00e4rdig, l\u00e5t den vila ett par minuter och lyft sedan \u00f6ver den till en tr\u00e4sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da eller pl\u00e5t. T\u00e5rtspade beh\u00f6vs, f\u00f6r kakan \u00e4r tung och smular lite.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rm under tiden hallonen med lite florsocker och r\u00f6r om s\u00e5 att de flesta b\u00e4ren g\u00e5r s\u00f6nder.
