I fredags morse testade jag en id\u00e9 som jag tyckte borde fungera &#8212; och det gjorde den! Det \u00e4r en kaka som blir som ett mellanting mellan vetebr\u00f6d och sockerkaka och som har ett lite krispigt lager med kanel i ovanp\u00e5. Servera den med vegansk glass!<\/p>\n<p>Jag var inte med n\u00e4r kakan \u00e5ts upp, s\u00e5 jag f\u00e5r tacka min kollega <strong>Helena<\/strong> f\u00f6r bilderna. Sk\u00e4r margarinet i bitar och arbeta ner det i mj\u00f6lblandningen &#8212; det ska bli en grynig massa.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg en och en halv deciliter av massan i en mindre bunke och blanda den med kanel.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r ner havreyoghurten i den st\u00f6rre bunken &#8212; blandningen blir som en l\u00f6s vetedeg. H\u00e4ll den i en smord och eventuellt br\u00f6ad springform (kontrollera s\u00e5 att str\u00f6br\u00f6det ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r veganskt).<\/p>\n<p>Str\u00f6 kanelsmulorna ovanp\u00e5 och sedan lite fr\u00f6n ovanp\u00e5 kanelsmulorna.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda kakan i 200 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i ungef\u00e4r en halvtimme.<\/p>\n<p>Servera den varm, ljummen eller avsvalnad (g\u00f6r det som passar b\u00e4st) med glass.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eftersom jag har en kollega som \u00e4r vegan har min recepthj\u00e4rna b\u00f6rjat arbeta i en halvny riktning.
