Den beh\u00f6vdes till en fest d\u00e4r n\u00e5gra festdeltagare var veganer, och den fungerade s\u00e5 bra att vi ocks\u00e5 bj\u00f6d m\u00e5nga av de andra g\u00e4sterna p\u00e5 den.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r man bakar veganskt kan det vara aningen sv\u00e5rare \u00e4n vanligt att hitta ekologiska ingredienser. Margarinet som jag anv\u00e4nde var vanligt Milda-margarin, och havreyoghurten fr\u00e5n Oatly \u00e4r tyv\u00e4rr inte KRAV-m\u00e4rkt trots att &#8221;mj\u00f6lken&#8221; fr\u00e5n Oatly finns i en ekologisk version. Men vi f\u00e5r hoppas att det blir b\u00e4ttre med allt s\u00e5dant fram\u00f6ver!<\/p>\n<p>Kladdkakor brukar inte inneh\u00e5lla bakpulver, men jag tyckte att det blev bra s\u00e5h\u00e4r &#8212; kakan \u00e4r ganska tung. Den puffar upp sig lite grann under gr\u00e4ddningen och sjunker sedan ihop.<\/p>\n<p>Maria Andersson i Fellingsbro l\u00e4rde mig f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge sedan att chokladkakor f\u00e5r en extra &#8221;puff&#8221; i smaken om man tills\u00e4tter lite salt i smeten. Prova!<\/p>\n<p>en l\u00e5ngpanna full, eller tv\u00e5 springformar<br \/>\nUgn: 175\u00ba, ca 30 minuter<\/p>\n<p>4\u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd dl kakao<\/p>\n<p>3 dl socker (jag anv\u00e4nde Dansukkers ekologiska)<\/p>\n<p>1 msk bakpulver<\/p>\n<p>ev \u00bd tsk salt<\/p>\n<p>1 msk vaniljsocker (jag anv\u00e4nde Dansukkers ekologiska)<\/p>\n<p>300 g mj\u00f6lkfritt margarin (jag anv\u00e4nde Milda)<\/p>\n<p>3 dl havreyoghurt (jag anv\u00e4nde Oatly)<\/p>\n<p>Blanda de torra ingredienserna i en bunke.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r margarinet i bitar, l\u00e4gg dem i bunken och mosa dem med en vanlig gaffel mot bunkens kant tillsammans med mj\u00f6lblandningen. Det ska bli som en smuldeg.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt sedan havreyoghurten och r\u00f6r tills allt blandat sig. Smeten blir som en l\u00f6s och kladdig deg, allts\u00e5 inte rinnig som en sockerkakssmet.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll smeten i en l\u00e5ngpanna kl\u00e4dd med bakpl\u00e5tspapper och platta ut den &#8212; eller f\u00f6rdela den i tv\u00e5 smorda springformar.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda kakan (eller kakorna) p\u00e5 ugnens nedersta fals i 200 graders v\u00e4rme i ungef\u00e4r en halvtimme.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r den \u00e4r f\u00e4rdig, l\u00e5t den vila ett par minuter och lyft sedan \u00f6ver den till en tr\u00e4sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da eller pl\u00e5t. L\u00e5t den svalna utan duk och sk\u00e4r den i rutor (om du har gr\u00e4ddat runda kakor kan g\u00e4sterna f\u00e5 t\u00e5rtbitar eller f\u00f6rse sig sj\u00e4lva).
