Och den fungerade bra! Jag tycker att r\u00e5gsmaken \u00e4r s\u00e5 fantastiskt god i kakor, s\u00e5 jag bytte ut havregrynen i ett av mina favoritrecept. Den utt\u00e4nkta kombinationen var r\u00e5g, kardemumma och hallon. Men det fanns inga frysta ekologiska hallon i butiken d\u00e4r jag handlade, s\u00e5 jag fick ta bl\u00e5b\u00e4r. Sedan fr\u00e5gade jag p\u00e5 Facebook om jag skulle kombinera bl\u00e5b\u00e4ren med kardemumma eller med ingef\u00e4ra. Oj vilket gensvar det blev! Den som har m\u00f6jlighet att plocka bl\u00e5b\u00e4ren sj\u00e4lv g\u00f6r f\u00f6rst\u00e5s det. Jag anv\u00e4nde Fairtrade-certifierat r\u00f6rsocker, men jag vet inte vad som \u00e4r b\u00e4st f\u00f6r milj\u00f6n och m\u00e4nniskorna egentligen. Det borde jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka ta reda p\u00e5. \u00c4r det n\u00e5gon l\u00e4sare som vet?<\/p>\n<p>en l\u00e5ngpanna full<\/p>\n<p>Ugn: 175 grader, ca 30 minuter (kanske mer om b\u00e4ren \u00e4r mycket saftiga eller bl\u00f6ta)<\/p>\n<p>1 dl\u00a0honung<\/p>\n<p>250 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n1 l r\u00e5gflingor<br \/>\n5 dl\u00a0vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n4 dl socker<br \/>\n3 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n1 msk bakpulver<br \/>\n1 msk\u00a0kardemumma (mald)<\/p>\n<p>250 g bl\u00e5b\u00e4r (en f\u00f6rpackning fr\u00e5n frysdisken eller ett par tre deciliter handplockade, det \u00e4r inte s\u00e5 j\u00e4ttenoga)<\/p>\n<p>Om honungen \u00e4r h\u00e5rd: st\u00e4ll burken i en sk\u00e5l med varmt vatten s\u00e5 att den mjuknar och blir l\u00e4ttare att m\u00e4ta upp.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en stor gryta och r\u00f6r ner allt utom bl\u00e5b\u00e4ren. Det blir en tung smet, n\u00e4stan som en pajdeg.<\/p>\n<p>Tryck ut smeten i en bakpl\u00e5tspapperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna. F\u00f6rdela bl\u00e5b\u00e4ren ovanp\u00e5. Om de rullar omkring s\u00e5 tryck ner dem lite grann.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda kakan i 175 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme tills den\u00a0har f\u00e5tt lite f\u00e4rg. Bl\u00e5b\u00e4ren sjunker ner, och mellan dem puffar kakan upp sig lite grann. Ungef\u00e4r en halvtimme \u00e4r lagom.
